Compliance Manager
We’re looking for a Compliance Manager who can keep us fully compliant while helping build smarter, tech-enabled, and scalable compliance processes.

The Role:
We need someone to make sure we play by the rules, spot issues early and protect our customers and our business from compliance risks. This is a big challenge, and we’re looking for a bright and talented Compliance Manager to join our team and help us do just that.
You will work closely with legal, finance, information security, internal audit, people, and product teams in overseeing regulatory and operational compliance across our products, processes, and customer lifecycle.
Our AML team covers AML, sanctions, and fraud compliance matters. Hence, this role is focused on the remaining compliance areas- governance, data protection, outsourcing, safeguarding, and so forth. We also have dedicated engineering support and external consultants for information security. In this role, you’ll help coordinate information security compliance work and keep efforts aligned across teams.
What you will do:
- Monitor and assess compliance risks across our products, processes, and customer lifecycle, and run targeted checks/reviews to identify gaps and improvements.
- Track and interpret new regulations, guidelines, and supervisory expectations, translating them into clear, practical requirements and day-to-day guidance for teams.
- Maintain and continuously improve our compliance framework (policies, procedures, risk assessments, controls) to support sustainable scaling.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Bank of Lithuania, internal auditor, and other similar partners.
- Support incident and complaints reviews, including root cause analysis, to ensure issues are resolved and prevented going forward
- Raising awareness and knowledge of risk management and compliance in the organisation.
Our expectations for you:
- 👨💻 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in compliance, risk, internal audit, legal, or similar roles within fintech or high-growth financial services.
- 📚🧭 Strong grasp of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, Bank of Lithuania guidelines, GDPR) and the ability to translate requirements into practical guidance for product, sales, operations, and engineering teams.
- 🔍📝 Strong analytical and risk-assessment skills, able to identify control gaps, assess impact, propose business-friendly solutions, and maintain clear, usable documentation (policies, procedures, controls).
- ⚙️ Good technical understanding, comfortable reviewing product flows, how systems connect, and compliance risks in automated environments.
- 🤖🛠️ Automation/process improvement mindset, familiar with AI tools/workflow automation and eager to streamline compliance work through technology.
- 😎🤝 Proactive and collaborative, able to own initiatives, raise issues early, and explain complex topics clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- 🇬🇧🇱🇹 Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
